Band Camp 2022
hello wonderful YouTube it's Alex you see I've been putting off this video for a week because I'm really lazy but it's the 2022 senior band camp video because I finally decided to make it so where do I begin well I could start with home band camp which in summary was basically just me and everyone playing our instruments with gun licks Kim and then we had our three directors at trialed but um which I think I'll make a video about that it's a different day because I don't feel like getting inside here
because I just take up too much time and that is we had three I forget the first two snakes with our current but the one we hired his name is Mr Green or as we like to say Mr Green Mr Green Magic Eraser removes 99.9 of fun because that was kind of the theme of away band camp but we'll start with the Friday before I drove out with Mr gun links Matthew a bear and in the the van driver we went out there and painted the field it was pretty fun we came back I went to go get McDonald's with Matthew afterward it was
pretty fun but now we move to Sunday moving day also known as we move the Burton that was fun I took my my fridge my laptop and I actually was gonna make a video out there but I decided against it because of time and um of course my instrument we get out there and initially we didn't have a a cabin as seniors they forgot to actually uh reserve one of the cabins for us I mean what wasn't really reserved it's more just get permission to use it uh and then we marched all evening had dinner played Squad games and well that
was that so now uh let me write my little notes down for Monday because Monday was a interesting day Monday started off well with a bang I went up to get a shower and while I was gone the seniors decided to wrap Mr Green's car without telling me still kind of mad about it honestly because I really wanted to uh uh I wanted to do it but whatever I'm not gonna complain we then um marched in the morning after breakfast breakfast was actually pretty good that day I remember it was I just remember it
was really good we March and uh after that we went back to for lunch had lunch there and uh there was afternoon block which we only did it usually we um only do like Squad stuff in the afternoon the reason why we uh did marching was because it was supposed to rain the rest of the week uh oh yeah rain how can I forget about the thunderstorm that happened overnight you see that was fun because uh power cut out like four times it was great we all thought we were gonna die um but yeah that's about it but then
uh Monday afternoon I hung out with a friend her name is Mary I think you've seen her before on the channel we just we we were looking at the frogs and the turtles in the pond it was very fun and then after that we had dinner and then after that was evening marching but then the Monday night activities what were they trying to remember what they were now I had a little I wrote down Monday night activities but I'm trying to remember what they were uh wasn't Squad games they were something we had our um
we we had we had our Monday night activities I want to say there was a campfire I really do but I uh yeah there was a campfire yeah there it is the campfire the Rave and then the activities of the gym building we also had Woody's funeral that night and I will probably post a video of that sometime on my channel and then that was um that was that we then moved on to Tuesday Tuesday started off with well the same old Shenanigans we got up in the morning I took a shower went to get breakfast before breakfast though me and
a couple other seniors went up to the ladder and taped pictures of our principal on it that actually got us into some deep trouble because we didn't get permission was again starts the trend of having no fun at camp we March in the morning no major incidents and then um the afternoon we did our sectionals it was great we played the music and then after that was free time that was also the first night of parent night but that was fun got to talk to a bunch of the parents it was great we performed
for them and overall we had some good times marching by this time we were attempting to put the music with the show with the marching uh pretty good actually time because usually we do that on Wednesday or Thursday after that it was uh supposed to be a movie night but that didn't happen so I stay on the dining uh the dining porch and I just worked on my laptop for a little bit it was really fun and then well that concludes Tuesday night because well that was nothing else really happened Tuesday night
but yeah let's move on to Wednesday Wednesday morning we woke up and again nothing really happened no senior pranks are pretty much allowed and Wednesday was kind of a dull one I really didn't do much that day since it rained for the most part kind of just walked around and stuff uh I think the most noteworthy thing we did was uh at the in the evening my dad came out with my mom because it was family night and we march on the field because it wasn't raining in the evening and that is um really about it except
for Squad games it was great there was tug of war in the race except everyone seems to remember a third game but there isn't there's never been a third game it's really weird but that was an interesting night after that I went back to my cabin and this is where we actually had a little bit of fun at 11 30 we put rubber ducks on the field with permission of the camp and everyone else that was fun and after that we went back to Chapel grilled up some hot dogs on the toaster don't ask
and had a good night and that was a fun one but now we move on to Thursday the longest day on record Thursday started off with a bang because everyone thought it was funny that there was River ducks on the field we even wrote no fun with the rubber ducks since we really didn't do much so far at Camp because pretty much everything had to be done with a chaperone find info then um we March the morning after breakfast nothing unusual this is also the only day ironically I actually didn't wake up
for a shower my phone alarm didn't go off because my phone had died overnight because I didn't place on the wireless charger properly but that's not the important part the important part is we go out and we we March in the morning had our lunch the afternoon was cut early because it was like the last full day and I went to do the ropes course with my friends that was fun actually uh and then afterward at four o'clock the ice the uh the Kona Ice truck showed up much to everyone's dismay because
usually it's East Coast Custard apparently Mr haggadish decided that we didn't we didn't deserve ice cream we instead deserved basically fake Shave Ice that was a disappointment the afternoon was pretty lackluster after that mostly hung out with my couple of my friends just talking there was dinner that was fun Oh but before dinner I went down the Thunder too which is basically a giant like 300 foot slide into a mud pit that was fun dinner was great it was uh it was flame grilled burgers they were
really good I really wanted another one but they were out um after that we had our evening marching until 8 30 I actually and then we started the scavenger hunt excuse me scavenger hunt is the most fun we have at camp and the only other noteworthy thing we did we ran around collecting items and even though the senior class had the most items we still lost because of our skit we lost to the sophomores those dirty objects in the end uh it was overall really fun afterward I took a shower with the boys not like in
one stall but you get the idea to which that kind of ended our Thursday and really ended our uh our night but of course we had some noteworthy objects to talk about on their scavenger hunt like an iPhone 6 a water gun George Foreman uh rocks a branch uh a rubber duck from the field and uh the name of uh and who can name more ABBA songs than Lucy it was a great night but unfortunately like all things it was kind of nerfed this year and that's actually why I uploaded the video when I was a band camp of my band
director that was actually part of our skit fun fact but now we move on to Friday Friday morning was a whimper nothing really happened and well there's not much to really talk about we did the same old wake up eat breakfast I didn't shower that morning because I showered the night before and then I went we went marching we finished marching at 10 30 to which the seniors and us and I walked around we decided actually helping clean reason being it was our last time at Burton we deserve a little moment to say goodbye
as we walked around we had a bright idea we took Drew's 45 feet of rope from toga Tuesday oh yeah I forgot to write that down all the theme days I'll talk about that in the end and we took Aiden's inflatable inner tube and we went down to the pond and Chuck in his swimsuit hopped on the inner tube with a rope tied to it and we floated him out on the lake that was probably the most fun we had in fact I'll put a picture right here so you guys can see it and here we have Chuck on the inner tube floating on the
algae infested Pond after we did that though we decided it was time to go help finish cleaning and get our stuff packed up by noon everyone had lunch and then after that we got our stuff loaded onto a truck which by the way was way too small and we barely managed to fit everything on there but in Yang we drove back I sat with Mary on the way back we had a good chat about video games after I got back um we actually had to wait 30 minutes because the moving truck was so slow we set a speed record on the
bus but the truck could not set its own after that we well went home I went home and took a nap for two hours it was great that really summarizes the experience at band camp but now let's move on to the different days and what their theme was every day was a different theme uh Sunday with Squad shirt Sunday Monday was Christmas in July in Hawaiian shirts the theme the day where the least number of people have participated actually Tuesday was toga Tuesday where you dress up in a toga yeah ironically we almost got it banned by Mr
Green however surprisingly our superintendent backed us on this one saying it's a tradition that goes back many years and it's overall harmless Wednesday was uh usually called wife beater Wednesday but unfortunately uh we had to Nerf the name to white shirt Wednesday a lot of participation this day because not many people knew it was supposed to be wife beaters but there's a lot of people wearing white shirts but I mean hey still works Thursday was um opposite day supposed to be cross-dressed Thursday but unfortunately
the school said no we couldn't do that and then Friday was show thigh Friday but a seniors wore our special senior shirts which I'll be putting a picture there in a second along with our Squad shirts from Sunday I'll talk about this here is me Lindsay and James in our Squad shirts at the high school before we left for the Burton and here is a overall senior photo of all of us in our different Squad shirts it was kind of fun this is from Toca Tuesday no photo for Monday actually there's me in the back
and here was from wife beater Wednesday all of us except for Tony and Kyle participated Thursday was the cross dress Thursday and we took a photo of gun licks it was really great and then of course Friday the senior photo and our senior shirts that say you can't handle my intense in the end our band camp experience was kind of a letdown with the rain and the lack of really any fun it could have been better but I mean a new director new rules and it's just it makes sense but I just wish we had a little more fun
in the end but who knows maybe next year I'll chaperone there or maybe next year I'll do something different but to put the end of the story The Five-Year chapters of well banned this ends the beginning of the senior chapter as we move on now into the actual season and I'll see you guys in the next video

BGSU trip
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex now i know it's been a minute because i've been lazy and haven't been making videos most of that top motivation but a week ago yesterday i went to bowling green state university let me tell you a little story about that so sunday night i know i said a year ago a week ago yesterday but don't don't judge sunday night left boy scouts who drove out there nothing really happened actually because we saw the cool full moon but that was
really about it we didn't do much we just drove back whatever monday morning we woke up got some breakfast that was pretty sweet i mean uh the hotel was nice they had a waffle maker got some waffles and some sausage and then went to bowling green it was really cold at bowling green it's also just like two minutes on the road so don't worry about the drive there it was like literally nothing get in and we listened to some presentations there are some uh some vendors actually first and i got to talk to
the lady at the ram program that i want to do she um she was really nice but we decided we'll hold off any uh talking because i was supposed to have a little uh chat with her later went to some of the other booths got an idea for the area it was really really great listen to some presentations about the thing in the morning which was meh whatever i was just talking about different programs and then after that we went to uh to have the one-on-one hour session with the director that was great got to talk
to her ask a lot of questions and overall uh had a good time uh then lunch came lunch was actually kind of bland but the cookies were great and then after that was a campus tour nothing really spectacular there uh you know it was nice but i had to do a second campus tour so it wraps up everything but yeah um that's gonna finish up this little video wait for my next one about my bowling green sandusky visit see ya

Cedar Point BGSU recap
hello wonderful youtube it's alex and so about a a few days ago i went to sandusky uh in the context of the timeline the last like two weeks of my life bowling green was on a monday tuesday wednesday i did regular things thursday i went to sandusky to view their sandusky campus at the bowling uh for bowling green and it was really neat we drove out there early in the morning i actually had a work meeting beforehand that was kind of fun but i drove out there early in the morning and we got there right on time we took a
tour of their small it was just one building we took around the classrooms and then they told us how to work and then we went upstairs to see the apartments that you can live in they're pretty nice actually well that's not the point i don't know if i'm going to stay there but like in the apartments the college yes but the departments i don't know and then after that we went to cedar point for today and that day was a really really good day and in fact i actually have a list of
all the rides we rode because it was a pretty pretty good day actually i mean okay so we rode when we got there skyride and then we wrote no the giant wheel windseeker gatekeeper and then after that we rode um magnum mine ride i think millennium force we didn't ride that much actually the reason being is it was kind of crowded for a thursday and like the rides had this game going on called break down every five minutes challenge and it was kind of annoying but overall i mean it was a good day
um but this is going to be a little bit of a shorter video because the next video is going to talk about my kings island trip i did for my birthday so i'll see you guys in the next video um yeah peace out

McDonald's in Dayton
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex i'm on vacation right now in in dayton and i really want some mcnuggees so we're about to go do a mcdonald's run which is just across the street actually i would show you but it's too blurry outside we're gonna go get some mcdonald's and after that we're gonna come back and rate the mcdonald's so i'll see you guys in a minute all right we're going to mcdonald's across the street it's going to be great
free happy meal my reward points say hi to the cars yeah got to be safe now you know also it sounds like oh okay lobby's closed all right all right i've always got to go go to the since the lobby's now closed i've gotta um i'm gonna have to go to the curbside pickup which i think is number three we'll be be right back in a second seconds on it about to get me some mcdonald's they know i'm in spot three so uh it's gonna be great i'll let you guys know when i get my mcdonald's i've got

Kings Island trip 2022
hello wonderful youtube it's alex so about a week ago i know i've been really bad at making these videos on time but last week was busy and hectic i went to kings island and it was a wonderful time and let me let me get to it all right so it was sunday night we left my scout court of honor as my last event as a boy scout by the way kind of sad after that we drove to cincinnati and went to a hotel and then we will went to bed it was 11 o'clock at night the next morning we
got up got some breakfast it was really good i had a waffle and i had some sausage it was really good there was no eggs weirdly enough other than hard-boiled eggs but they were out so then after that we um we went to kings island and to say i had a wonderful day would be an understatement so let me just get started so the first ride of the day was orion we get up there
we waited about 10 minutes for it it was great we got front row because i said it's my birthday can i pretty police at front row and they said yes you can it was wonderful the ride's amazing and i say compared to millennium force i say it's better just because it has more um okay millennium force is better because it's longer but orion's better because that's more unique elements believe it at that after that we went to ride the racer because it was a five minute wait it was great and then banshee where he got stuck in the brake run because someone puked on
the train in front of us so we had to sit there for about 10 minutes while they cleaned it it hurt because the restraint was really tight on my hips i was wearing a belt so that doesn't help either it was really tight my stomach then we went and rode diamondback which had a 10-minute wait surprisingly and then the lady who was assigning seats gave me a sticker it's on my phone case now which is why i can't show you but it's a turtle after that we rode mystic timbers waited about
i think it was 15 minutes for that uh walked over and had some lunch right by at the jukebox diner which is right by where vortex used to be and then we rode the windseeker then after that we went and rode the beast and that was a great ride it's actually a little boring now since they retract it but it is smoother now after that we rode the little train it was a fun little train ride around the to the water park and back where i noticed that they uh had no guards compartment
unlike the cedar point trains just a little tidbit after that we did the eiffel tower which is if you don't know kings island and kings dominion both have an eiffel tower near the middle of the park i'd say and you can get a nice views of the park i got some nice photos up there it was the first time i've been up there since 2019. after that we rode to venture express where i met him very nice uh i'm pretty sure he was some sort of management official but he said he was pins he was an ambassador a man named tom he gave me a one-time use fast lane uh for any ride in the park
and i actually really appreciate him so tom if you're watching this thank you um after that we didn't use it right away because we went to ride in vertigo which is the only inverted boomerang in the united states fun fact uh it was walk on we got front row actually or half of the rise front row half right to back row doesn't matter you get the idea then we went to ride a flight of fear uh we we was supposed to be a 30 minute wait it became an hour but the neat part about flight of
fear is it's indoors um mostly cues inside so when you're inside it's not that bad it was ac so we didn't leave the line because it was cool and we're like why would we leave we can just sit here in a nice cool building we rode it it was great and then finally the last ride was a rhine for the second time that's what we used our fast lane on uh again thank you uh tom for the fast lane it was nice of you the orion was also by the way the last giga coaster i needed to ride in the united
states i ridden millennium force at cedar point fury 225 intimidated 305 and the orion the last one in north america is leviathan but i've ridden that one before just not this year i don't think i'm going to get to ride it this year unfortunately just too busy and then after that we left the park got some dinner at the skyline chili across those across the street and then drove home it was a great drive back just dark and that was my little king's island trip and it was really fun i wish i got more video and photos because i would actually put them in here but uh expect next week a vlog with a certain someone who's made an appearance on this channel before but anyways i'll see you guys later peace out

Cedar Point 8/18/2022
hello wonderful world of youtube it's alex so thursday was the 18th it also happens to be near my birthday so i went to cedar point with my dad and his friend it's a really great day to start off we get there and we walk in and we went straight for the back of the park actually just kidding we rode the skyride first but then we rode the corkscrew i wrote it in the very back row and the entire time i was screaming in agony i was going let me ruin my cricket oh i shall never be the
same again all throughout the ride it was funny because there was this girl next to me i think she's like my age i don't know it was really funny because like she was really like just looking at me weirdly after that i rode the magnum front row and i was like the only one on the train there's like five other people it was great wrote down the red train little inside joke there's anyone who actually knows about it then we went and rode the mine ride and then steal dungeons then we
took a little bit of a break and got some lunch no actually we rode millennium forest and got launched sorry then after that we went to the front of the park um you know we took the train no walked to the beach walked around there i got in line for one seeker but it closed so i didn't ride it sad face then after that we um rode the bumper cars and uh gatekeeper and then uh after that i think we we walked around a little bit road gemini and then we kind of left oh and we wrote
power tower where i saw stephen again i'm gonna make a video on that in like a couple days steven the the trilogy we have anyways and after that we went home i mean it was kind of an average day but yeah i'll see you guys around peace out

hey guys it's Alex and today I'm with Lilia say hi Lilia and Ryan hello at the West Side Market where Ryan's in town for a little bit we're at West Side Market everyone knows what that is going to be a little documentation of Ryan in Cleveland because Ryan and Cleveland is crazy all right so we're getting lunch with Ryan and Lilia we got Gyros they're pretty good from what was the place called again Steve Jobs Steve's Gyros pretty good I recommend it and hold on let me
go show you guys around the balcony up here uh let's go and we can see pretty much everything there's Lily's shop over there and then there's other shops like the bowl over there it's pretty cool so far we've had we're having a great we stopped to get some Mitchells Brian just got his what is it Sunday Cleveland Brown IES Sunday and this is um Lily got some
advertisement or something and I got me a root beer float anyways that's uh that's it so so we're doing our bike right now I know we had a little bit of a Time skip from the drive but doing a bike right now and uh Lily is currently filming Ryan on the the zip line so we'll put that on there when uh when the time comes and you'll see it's kind of fun yeah well we're gonna keep picking around here we are at the train tracks the scenic railroad tracks that's I think that's fine and
Ryan's on the bike with his helmet being very safe and Loya's over there behind me we're about to head back up the hemlock trail from the park we stopped at my aunt's house and said hi to my cousins and then we came down here it's great um but yeah we gotta head back up say hi to my mom and then we're probably gonna go to the Ukrainian Festival so yeah I'll see you guys so before it's a bit of an Abrupt end but you need to go watch part two of our Chronicles
because we're at Cedar Point and we rode way too many rides for my thighs to handle and just dies yeah that too uh watch watch part two watch part two see ya
